Terms of Service

Orders

When you place an order on this site, you're agreeing to pay the price shown at checkout, including delivery. We'll confirm your order with you (usually over WhatsApp) before it ships.

Product information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, specs, and pricing accurate and up to date. If something's wrong, let us know — and see our Warranty and Returns pages for what happens if a product doesn't work as expected.

Custom engineering work

Custom hardware, consulting, and project-mentorship work is scoped, priced, and agreed with you individually before we start — those terms are set out in that project's own quote or agreement, not this page.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you have a dispute about an order, contact us directly and we'll work it out with you.
